Hello, Bonjour! My name is Patrice and I am an American Ex-pat from New York City, currently based in Belgium (Wallonia Region).
I arrive in Europe with a 20 year career working as a behind-the-scenes artist in theatre, mainly as a Properties Artisan and Properties Supervisor in the New York City/Tri-State region. I have created work for Broadway, Off-Broadway and Regional/Opera Festivals and worked with internationally renowned designers and directors. I specialize in a variety of painting techniques, and thoroughly enjoy creating masks, puppets, fake food, as well as realistic dead animals.
Along with years of developing a variety of skillsets through on-the-job experiences, I have a BFA in Fine Art Painting from SUNY Purchase (2003). I also have been lucky to participate in workshops hosted by international artists abroad and through Zoom.
